2、大学录取失败情形

前置条件：租赁协议开始前至少7天书面通知

材料要求：

✓ 大学官方拒录通知书

✓ 收到拒录通知后72小时内提交《退款申请表》

退款规则：无责取消，全额退款

Cancellation Policy

Cooling-Off Period:
If you have not entered into and/or commenced your tenancy agreement, you may cancel your booking without penalty within 48 hours of a booking. Any deposits or initial payments made will be refunded in full.
First-Year Student Cancellation Policy:
We understand that you may wish to book accommodation even though you have not received your Australian visa or your university offer, and our policies support these circumstances.
No Visa: If your visa application is denied by the Department of Home Affairs (“DHA”) you may cancel your booking without penalty, provided that with a minimum of 7 days written notice prior to the commencement of your tenancy agreement you; submit your Refund Request Form to Journal within 72 hours of receiving the DHA refusal decision, and provide a copy of the DHA refusal document.
No University Offer: If your university application is not accepted you may cancel your booking without penalty, provided that with a minimum of 7 days written notice prior to the commencement of your tenancy agreement you submit your Refund Request Form to Journal within 72 hours of receiving the university’s decision, and provide a copy of the non-acceptance letter.
